Job Description

Job Description:
MED-PASS
is an industry leader in the provision of documentation, reference and educational resources in senior care markets that include pharmacy, long-term care, assisted living, home health and hospice. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will gain an in-depth understanding of our
MED-PASS
product offerings and communicate new releases to both prospects and existing customers. You will make outbound calls using scripts, refine your approach with data-driven adjustments, and forward viable leads to the sales team. In addition, you'll assist with sales and customer service tasks, such as handling inbound calls and entering phone orders. Your role will also include processing e-commerce orders, conducting product development research, maintaining product data, and updating website content like product descriptions and inventory. Success in this position depends on your ability to multitask and effectively support a range of customer and sales functions.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office Keyboarding and PC Skills Ability to effectively multitask
