West District (Natick, Milford, Northborough, Hudson)

uBreakiFix by Asurion About the Role We're looking for a Customer Experience & Phone & Electronics Repair Specialist to support operations across our West District. This role combines front-of-house sales execution with back-of-house repair work, and is designed for individuals who can contribute across both customer experience and technical production. Team members in this role are part of a district-based team , not limited to a single location. Candidates should be comfortable supporting different stores within the district as needed, while maintaining consistency, reliability, and strong performance. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to develop into a well-rounded operator with exposure to both sales and repair, and who values a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Be Doing (Primary Focus) Support front-of-house sales and customer experience Perform device repairs (primarily phones, with additional devices as needed) Assist with intake, quoting, and customer communication Maintain strong repair quality and consistency Collaborate with store teams to support daily operations Accurately document work orders, repairs, and parts usage in POS Technical Training & Support Expectations This is a hybrid role, and candidates are expected to develop competency in both: Sales and customer experience (FOH) Device repair and diagnostics (BOH) Structured training will be provided. Success in this role requires the ability to learn quickly, adapt to different store environments, and work effectively with multiple teams. Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly base pay Uncapped commission tied to sales performance when working FOH Pay is negotiable based on experience and may be evaluated through in-store assessment Clear advancement opportunities into management, senior technical, or market-level roles What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer-facing skills Sales-oriented mindset with accountability to performance Interest in or experience with electronics repair Ability to adapt and support multiple store environments Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility Strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to Commute Must be able to reliably commute within the West District, including Natick, Milford, Northborough, and Hudson (Required)
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
