This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organization, technology, social media, and helping a growing company improve its systems and customer experience. # Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and customer inquiries
• Follow up with leads and existing clients
• Schedule appointments and update CRM systems
• Help manage social media platforms
• Assist with marketing campaigns and online presence
• Organize office communication and workflow
• Support customer satisfaction and client follow-ups
• Help maintain company organization and accountability systems # Qualifications & Characteristics We are looking for someone who:
