Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them find solutions, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing questions, and general account support. Troubleshoot customer concerns and work toward prompt, effective resolutions. Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-up, appointment confirmations, surveys, or service-related communications. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records within our CRM system. Build positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and active listening. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions when applicable. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or support experience preferred. Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and handling a high volume of interactions. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain professional under pressure. Sales or upselling experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute preferred. Pay:
$23.71 - $28.55 per hour
