Location/Work Environment:

Full-time onsite role during training then hybrid role M/F remote; T-Th onsite in Towson, MD 7:45am - 4:15pm

Must have 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience Experience in a customer service role requiring data entry Must be proficient in MS Office and PDF Salesforce experience is a plus

• Answers in bound calls (no selling)
• Provides exceptional customer service information regarding 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plans
• Educates participants about their retirement account and features
• Data Entry and other administrative tasks

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
