Customer Service Associate

Duties Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and in person, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette, demonstrating active listening and clear communication skills Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues Maintain accurate records through data entry tasks using Microsoft Office tools and other customer management systems Support client services by addressing concerns, offering solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and contribute to a positive work environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Willingness to obtain insurance licenses within the first year of employment Benefits Comprehensive health and dental insurance Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) plan with company match Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities Please note: This is an in-person position only. Pay:

$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
