5+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing preferred) Recent experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Strong order entry and data management skills Ability to handle high-volume interactions (50-75 calls/day) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate delivers high-quality support through order processing, inquiry management, and issue resolution across phone, email, and chat. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage high volumes, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat Process orders, changes, cancellations, and new account setups Provide product, pricing, billing, and delivery information Manage customer accounts (retailers, brokers, dealers) Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, quality, and billing Document all interactions accurately in internal systems Support product complaints and QA compliance Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations Assist with process improvements, reporting, and special projects
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; some college preferred 5+ years of relevant customer service experience Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required. Familiarity with contact center tools (e.g., Five9) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment Spanish is a plus
