Customer Service Dispatcher

Eagle Auto Relocation has been the leader in auto transportation for the last 14 years. We are currently looking for a highly organized dispatcher to join our fast paced dispatch team. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of customer service experience, be highly organized, detailed oriented, be comfortable on the phone, be able to speak firmly to carriers when needed and most importantly have a positive-upbeat attitude. Daily responsibilities include; answering phone calls, verify and qualifying carriers for loads, collect and file insurance certificates, manage CRM as well as update clients on current shipments. We are a conservative, Christian based organization focused on doing the right thing for our employees and clients.

Pay scale:

$800 per week. This is a IN office position with office hours from 12pm - 8pm, Tuesday-Friday. On-call work from home on Saturdays, off on Sunday/ Monday. Desired applicants should live in the greater Orlando, FL area. No work from home or out of state applications please. We are small company that does big business!
