Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service professional for a contract/temporary opportunity in Fremont, CA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused candidate with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing or parts/service environment. The Customer Service role will support incoming service and parts requests, create and manage field service orders, and help ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and professional assistance. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote flexibility with two set in-office days per week. Answer incoming customer service and parts calls in a professional, helpful, and timely manner.
Create, update, and manage field service orders with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail.
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving needs, and helping ensure customer satisfaction.
Use product, parts, or industry knowledge to assist customers efficiently and escalate issues when appropriate.
Perform administrative and support tasks using standard office systems, databases, Word, and Excel.
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and managers to support daily service operations. Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: $50,000 to $63,000 per year.
Job type: Contract/Temporary.
