What You'll Do In this position, you will use your insurance knowledge and sales expertise to help customers secure meaningful protection.
Responsibilities include:
Drive consultative life insurance sales through inbound calls with existing and prospective customers. Conduct thorough coverage reviews , identify gaps, and recommend the appropriate Gerber Life products to meet each customer's financial protection needs. Confidently guide customers through the application and purchase process , overcoming objections and closing opportunities on eligible calls. Provide high-quality service while completing policy changes, processing payments, and managing account requests. Maintain strong compliance standards while consistently working toward individual and team sales goals . What We're Looking For We are seeking candidates who bring real insurance or high-performance sales experience to the table: Active Life, Accident, and Health License in your resident state — required . Ability to obtain additional non-resident licenses within 60 days (Completed through Gerber Life Insurance) — required . 1-2+ years of life insurance, financial services, or high-volume sales experience -required Prior contact center or insurance experience - required Demonstrated ability to sell, cross-sell, and close in a consultative environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for customers. Proven success working in fast-paced environments with measurable performance goals. Why Join Gerber Life?
