Located in Moore, Oklahoma, the Hyatt d Service Center supports over 200 Hyatt hotels across North and Latin America with accounting and customer service functions. This position begins on-site and transitions to a hybrid schedule after 90 days of service. You'll work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. To work remotely, you must meet our IT requirements, including: High-speed internet (DSL, Cable, or Fiber-Optic only) Cellular-based services are not permitted Certification of service may be requested

Responsibilities:
Respond to phone calls, emails, and additional guest inquiries Conduct in-depth research to resolve guest concerns
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals Strong multitasking skills with proficiency in multiple PC applications
