Customer Service Phone Operator

Responsibilities Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account details while maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times. Document customer interactions and update relevant data entry records with high accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when necessary. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions, fostering a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues alike. Experience Prior clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a customer service setting. Proven ability to operate multi-line phone systems effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal articulation in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Experience in dispatching or coordinating service requests is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated professionalism with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills that promote positive customer interactions.
