Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills. Provide professional customer support by resolving issues efficiently and courteously, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Assist customers with product or service information, guiding them through solutions while promoting additional offerings when appropriate. Enter data accurately into company systems, maintaining detailed records of interactions, transactions, and client preferences. Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements. Support team members Requirements Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently using Google Calendar and other Google products Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively, articulate clearly, and maintain professionalism under pressure. Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively. Call etiquette.
