Job Description

Customer Service Representative - Bilingual in English & Spanish A well-established, Washington-based credit union is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its growing team. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, career development, and the potential to transition to remote work after meeting performance expectations. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, delivering exceptional service, and building strong, lasting relationships in a member-focused environment.

Spokane Valley, WA Schedule:
Tues-Sat 8-hour shift anywhere between 8am-6pm 6-Weeks of Training (4 weeks of training, 2 weeks of nesting) Once you go direct with the company, based off quality/KPI, you can apply to work from home, there is also room for progression within the company after 1-year into the role.
