Customer Service Representative

Role Overview This position is responsible for the processing and follow up of US and Canada customer orders. The position requires extensive follow-through with customers, sales, production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing of customer orders. Hybrid role Monday - Wednesday onsite required. Key Responsibilities Maintain direct responsibility for designated accounts, from order receipt through shipment to customer to invoicing Accurate and timely entry of customer orders Handle daily service and order activities. Work closely with plant schedulers and transportation group to securing on-time deliveries Play critical role in developing customer relationships and resolving customer issues Provide backup to team members Maintain master file information Invoice orders and complete month-end closing transactions Entry of credits, debits, and sample order requests Recording and reporting on ongoing issues

Qualifications Education:

College degree preferred. Previous customer/sales service experience recommended

Skills & Abilities:

Familiarity with SAP, JDE or similar ERP environment desirable. Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization.
