REMOTE WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are currently seeking professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to support a fast-paced claims and insurance call center environment. In this fully remote role, you will assist policyholders, agents, and business partners by handling inbound and outbound calls related to billing questions, claim status updates, and first notice of loss reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, communicates clearly and professionally, and enjoys helping customers solve problems efficiently. This position requires strong attention to detail, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during challenging customer interactions.
Responsibilities Include:
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently Assist customers with policy information, billing inquiries, and claim reporting Process First Notice of Loss documentation accurately Maintain detailed records and summaries of all customer interactions Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on first-call resolution Navigate conflict situations while maintaining professionalism and empathy Review and maintain knowledge of department procedures and reference materials Prepare customer correspondence, faxes, and documentation as needed Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations Work flexible or extended hours during high-volume periods when required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must have your own computer or Laptop ( Windows 10 or higher ) 1-2 years of customer service and/or call center experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment Comfortable speaking with upset or frustrated customers professionally Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday Frequent use of hands, keyboard, and computer equipment Ability to wear a headset for 8+ hours daily Must be able to view computer screens for extended periods of time Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a high-volume call center environment
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with 90% accuracy Windows 10 operating system required for remote work Reliable high-speed internet connection Basic computer troubleshooting and navigation skills Ability to learn multiple software systems and applications quickly
