Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a welcoming office environment. Duties Greet clients and visitors at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor, managing multi-line phone systems to direct calls accurately Assist customers via phone, email, or in person by addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing product or service information Manage office operations including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings for staff or clients Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and updating databases like QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes Handle incoming inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and provide timely customer support to ensure satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and assist with office management duties as needed Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous office experience including clerical work, data entry, filing, and administrative support is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clientele Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is beneficial for handling financial records Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks such as calendar management and office duties Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant positions is advantageous but not required Join us in delivering outstanding service while honing your administrative expertise! Pay:
$23.62 - $28.44 per hour
