Candidates must apply and be pre-qualified through pre-screening/registration to attend. About the Role This is a customer-facing position supporting sales efforts while delivering excellent service. You'll assist customers, manage orders, and partner with sales teams to drive satisfaction and growth. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries (pricing, inventory, ETAs, post-sale support) Manage calls, emails, and CRM updates Process orders, returns, and quotes Support sales reps and cover accounts as needed Resolve issues and assist new account setup Qualifications 1-3 years of customer service (office or call center) Strong communication and multitasking skills Basic computer knowledge; Microsoft Office proficiency Why D&H?
