At Central Research, Inc. (CRI), were helping people navigate their federal student loans with compassion, clarity, and compliance. We're currently seeking Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and ready to make a real impact-all from the comfort of their own home.
This is a remote position, but to qualify, applicants must reside within 75 miles of a CRI deployment facility in Lowell, AR or Hendersonville, TNWhat Youll DoAssist student loan borrowers with account inquiries, repayment options, and application processesHandle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environmentProvide accurate, professional, and empathetic customer supportEnsure compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and data security standardsMeet key performance indicators and quality assurance standardsHow Do You QualifyU.S. CitizenshipFluency in Spanish and English, while primarily taking calls from Spanish-speaking customersHigh School diploma or GED6+ months of customer service in a business, non-retail environment or call center experience6+ months of computer experience in a business settingProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust (5c) security clearance (financial/credit history and background will be reviewed):

Up to 56 weeks, paid, MonFri, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST (remote)
Pay & BenefitsBase Pay:
$17.75 per hour
Health & Welfare Pay:
