Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

• Process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, transactions, repairs, and calibration logistics.
• Coordinate with labs and logistics departments.
• Communicate with customers through phone and email, with occasional in-person interactions.
• Provide status updates, expedite services, and schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Perform data entry and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Knowledge ofmonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
• Experience in customer service, planning, scheduling, or working with vendors or manufacturers is valued.
• Strongmunication skills, reliability, and coachability.
• Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow established procedures.
• Experience in life sciences, biotech, pharma, military, or defense industries is preferred but not required. What's in this Customer Service Representative position for you?

$ 20.14/HR.

Shift:

Hybrid - Monday - Friday; 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Details:
