Product is our passion, and we are moving quickly to bring new ideas and items to life. Our growing puzzle and game company is looking for the perfect piece to fit in our Customer Service team. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative that has problem solving, critical thinking, and data entry skills. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor who serves as the team lead.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn about our fun and award-winning products to help support our internal and external customers.
• Prepare and process orders for our fulfilment warehouse.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by phone and email.
• Maintain proper files and data within our ERP system and spreadsheets.
• Work as a team player to continually find ways to better engage and assist our customers.
• Interact with our sales, logistics and accounting teams to assist in maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Servicing a dual team between Buffalo operations in New York and Ceaco in Massachusetts.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years minimum experience in direct customer service environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
