What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the go-to support for employees navigating their tuition assistance benefits . βœ”οΈ Assist with login and account access issues βœ”οΈ Guide customers through document submissions and payment processes βœ”οΈ Review requirements and help resolve missing or incorrect information βœ”οΈ Handle policy-based inquiries with confidence and clarity βœ”οΈ Support customers through complex or sensitive situations πŸ’¬ πŸ’‘ If you enjoy solving puzzles and helping peopleβ€”this role is for you! βœ…
What We're Looking For:
MUST HAVE
βœ”οΈ 1-2+ years of customer service or admin experience βœ”οΈ Comfortable multitasking across systems (CRM, Outlook, etc.) πŸ’» βœ”οΈ Strong attention to detail πŸ” βœ”οΈ Independent problem-solving skills βœ”οΈ Ability to handle escalations and tough conversations πŸ’ͺ βœ”οΈ Understanding that every case matters (this involves real money πŸ’°) ⭐ Backgrounds from banking, healthcare admin, or similar roles are highly preferred!

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
