Job Description

Smart Way Communications, LLC is a high-speed wireless internet and data services company serving rural & underserved communities in Eastern Ohio. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, account management, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a passion for helping others. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions. Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients. Document interactions and maintain detailed records of customer feedback. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve technical issues Escalate complex technical issues to higher support teams when necessary Provide feedback to management on reccuring customer issues Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or technical support is a plus. Proven experience in customer support or client services is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills in English. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Proficient in office software and tools for documentation purposes. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
Monday -
Friday:
4-10pm,
Saturday & Sunday:
12-8pm. Every other weekend off, averaging 20-25 hours per week.
Environment:
