Job Description

Description Handle 40-60 inbound calls daily in a call center environment Assist customers with: Account balances and payment processing Loan servicing questions Statements and account details Titles, claims, and total loss inquiries Communicate professionally with both customers and insurance partners Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Meet performance metrics for call quality, handle time, and service levels Skills Customer support, Customer service, call center, Support, retail, finance, credit & collections, customer service oriented, customer service support Required Qualifications 2+ years of call center experience (retail/customer service combined with call center may be considered) Proven ability to maintain consistent job tenure Strong communication and active listening skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a structured environment Experience working with performance metrics/KPIs Preferred Experience Customer support or call center performance-driven roles Experience in financial services, lending, or collections Additional Skills & Qualifications Multi-tasking Strong Verbal and Written Communication Active listening skills
Tech-Savvy Expected Schedule Training:
First 30 days fully onsite Hybrid schedule: 2 days/week in office following training
Hours:
Day shift (typically 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM) with availability between 8:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM Monthly requirement: One Saturday shift (9:00 AM
  • 1:00 PM), with a weekday off Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alpharetta, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
  • $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
