Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Lake Mary, FL. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity that requires 4 days per week onsite.
Pay:
$25.00
This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support, including phone-based interaction, resolving customer issues, and processing account transactions in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatorypliance and maintain customer accounts whilemunicating effectively with both customers and internal management.
Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing
Execute all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner
Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary
Respond to customer verbal and/or written inquiries and record details
Investigate and correct errors in customer accounts and statements
Maintain correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies
Enter information into aputerized database resolveplicated customerplaints
Coordinate and expedite customer inquiries to other departments for resolution
Communicate any problems or issues to management
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or support role
Ability to perform account transaction processing and problem resolution
Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills for responding to customer inquiries
Experience with data entry intoputerized systems
Ability to investigate and correct account errors
1-3 years of experience in finance or the brokerage industry
Experience supporting Broker Dealer clients or working in brokerage operations
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to manager multiple client inquiries and escalations
Clear, professionalmunication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to both Broker Dealer and RIA environments
- Ability to work autonomously and self-direct learning
- Comfort operating across multiple processes and systems
