Position overview:

Due to the growth our company is experiencing, we are looking to build our staff to match our demand. Pierce Roofing & Siding LLC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, reliable, and personable Customer Service Representative with experience in customer facing service to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is heavily phone-based and plays a key part in keeping our sales team running efficiently by managing incoming calls, responding to leads, and assigning opportunities to our sales teams. This is critical to keeping our administrative, scheduling, and customer communication processes running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and provide a professional, warm, and knowledgeable first impression Respond promptly to new leads- calls, texts, and online inquiries Make outbound calls to follow up with potential leads Qualify leads and gather basic project details Assign and distribute leads to the appropriate sales representative Keep accurate notes and updates in the CRM system Communicate clearly and timely with the office manager, sales team, and project managers The role has potential to grow into taking on more office administrative projects with additional compensation What we are looking for Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Provide professional, friendly, and timely communication with homeowners and vendors Set customer expectations by providing clear information on scheduling, job timelines, and next steps Address customer questions or concerns and escalate issues appropriately to management Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Qualifications Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, Meta, and any CRM software with excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, but not required, to serve diverse customer needs Customer service experience required, call service experience preferred Office administration experience required Bachelor's degree in related field preferred Reliable transportation, full availability during business hours M-F 8am-6pm MT Salary starting at $800 per week, with opportunities for increases based on performance and company growth Please email your resume and an introduction in the body of the email to Chelsea at office@pierceroofingandsiding.com
