  • $26/hr Full-Time | Merrill, WI Training is in office and after training this position has the opportunity to be Hybrid (Partially in office & work from home) Most companies talk about customer service.

This is not a background role. You will be the first voice our customers hear. You are organized, warm, and unflappable — and when a customer is frustrated, you get to work.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Answer all inbound calls — warm, clear, and confident every time Schedule appointments and keep the service team informed and prepared Follow up with customers after unfinished calls and completed jobs Handle complaints and concerns with calm, solution-focused professionalism Send invoices and follow up on outstanding payments Maintain accurate customer records so nothing gets missed

natural communicator — clear, warm, easy to talk to on the phone and in writing Organized and detail-oriented — you have a system and stick to it Calm under pressure — a frustrated customer or hard questions does not throw you off A team player who keeps people informed so no one is caught off guard Someone who follows through every time, without being reminded Customer service or office experience preferred — but attitude matters most
