Role:

We are looking for a part-time assistant to help manage customer communication, bookings, and social media for our businesses.

This includes:

Moving services Event space (Vibez Studio) Party rentals This role is focused on responding to customers, following up with leads, and helping turn inquiries into bookings.

Work Setup:

First 2 weeks: On-site (training and learning systems) After training: Remote work available (must stay responsive and consistent)

Responsibilities:

Customer Communication (Main Focus) Respond to messages (text, Facebook, etc.) Answer basic questions Send quotes using our pricing Help customers book services Follow-Ups Reach out to people who haven't booked yet Follow up with past leads

Example:

"Hey, just checking in—did you still need help with your move?" Social Media (Marketing) Post on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Repost content if needed Reply to comments and messages Message people who engage with posts Booking & Organization Help track bookings Confirm appointments Keep customer info organized

What This Job Really Is:

This is a communication and marketing role.

Your job is to:

Stay on top of messages Follow up with leads Help bring in bookings If things are slow, you should: Follow up with leads Engage with people online Post content There is always something to do.

Requirements:

Good communication skills Reliable and on time Comfortable using social media Able to respond quickly Organized and detail-oriented Preferred (Not Required): Customer service experience Social media experience Sales experience
