Representatives will generate leads from current customers, make policy changes, and assist call-ins with their insurance needs. Team members receive bonuses for generating leads from current customers and there is no limit to the amount of bonus they are eligible to receive. Representatives will go through training in insurance, customer service, and our industry leading systems. No insurance knowledge is required for this position. Fully trained/validated in 90 days Uncapped bonus structure Paid time off, holidays off, weekends off Health insurance Remote work availability All work equipment provided including laptop, phone, external monitors, etc. 4-40, 2-20, or 20-44 license is NOT required prior to starting. Agency will pay licensing costs. Candidates do not need to have their insurance license in order to apply for this position. We will pay for 100% of licensing cost. This position will be located in our Palm Coast office at 1499 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Ste F, Palm Coast, FL 32137

Salary Range:

$40,000.00
