Home Electrical & Heat Pump Services is a licensed, locally owned residential electrical and heat pump contractor serving Southern and Midcoast Maine. We're an Efficiency Maine Approved Partner with over 6 years in business and we're growing. You won't be working for a call center — you'll be a real part of a small, tight-knit team. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from homeowners Book and schedule service appointments in HouseCall Pro and manage all leads and calls through GoHighLevel (GHL) Make outbound calls to follow up on estimates, confirm jobs, and reconnect with past customers Respond to online leads and inquiries promptly Keep customer records accurate in both platforms Collect job details so our technicians arrive prepared Support membership program outreach and light admin tasks What We're Looking For 1+ years of customer service, scheduling, or admin experience Professional, friendly phone presence All leads and calls are managed in GoHighLevel and all scheduling is done in HouseCall Pro — experience with either platform is a major plus, we'll train the right person on both Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Brunswick/Midcoast Maine resident strongly preferred Nice to Have Home services, trades, HVAC, or electrical industry background Experience with HouseCall Pro, GoHighLevel, or similar field service/CRM platforms Knowledge of Efficiency Maine rebate programs Compensation $17-$20/hr base depending on experience Performance bonus paid on completed booked jobs — the more you book, the more you earn Simple, transparent structure — no guesswork Why BANN Small team, direct access to ownership Growing company with room to grow with us In-office in Brunswick or remote depending on your location
