In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering clear and helpful information about HVAC services and products Assist clients with scheduling appointments, service requests, and follow-up communications to ensure seamless service delivery Provide technical support by explaining HVAC system features, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers through basic problem-solving steps Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and client details using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems Handle outbound calls to follow up on service appointments or gather customer feedback to improve service quality Support sales efforts by promoting HVAC maintenance plans or new products tailored to client needs Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction Skills Multilingual abilities and bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages are highly valued for serving diverse client bases Strong customer support experience with a focus on client services in a call center or similar environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is preferred Knowledge and experience with the use of AI for efficiencies Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing customer issues and providing effective solutions Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required; strong typing skills for quick data entry Knowledge of HVAC industry terminology is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Join us as a Customer Service Representative - HVAC and become an integral part of a team committed to delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in a vibrant industry!
