Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00am•5:00pm (very seldom Saturday work) This is a direct hire position. This role is onsite 5 days/week, with the opportunity to work from home 1 day/week after a 6-month review. Full Job Description Our client is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support customer sales orders, shipping, and invoice processing across contract sales, spare parts, and warranty orders. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries, quotes, and order confirmations within one hour of receipt Coordinate and process spare parts orders, ensuring 80% are completed within 24 hours Arrange shipments and assist with packing and crating equipment as needed Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and compliant with destination country regulations Process invoices accurately and within required timelines Enter and manage sales and purchase orders within internal systems Communicate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Follow up with customers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and delivery accuracy
Qualifications:
Strong customer service experience required (manufacturing environment a plus) Experience in logistics, order processing, or supply chain coordination is a plus Ability to manage high-volume communication (100-120 emails daily + phone support) Proficiency with computers and database systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction
