The Role :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery. Providing product information and assistance to customers. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ideal Profile :
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service is a plus. Technical skills in using CRM software.
