Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support service coordination for a busy construction and contractor environment in Austintown, Ohio. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is well suited for someone who communicates confidently, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys balancing customer interaction with scheduling support. In this hybrid role, you will help keep service activity running smoothly by working closely with customers, facility contacts, and internal teams while maintaining accurate information across daily operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate technician assignments by matching service requests with availability and ensuring timely coverage at customer sites.
  • Communicate with facilities contacts and customers to arrange appointments, confirm service details, and provide updates as needed.
  • Enter and maintain service-related information in company systems with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Track daily schedules and follow up on changes so technicians, customers, and internal teams remain informed.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while addressing questions, relaying information, and supporting order-related activity.
  • Work closely with team members to help manage service workflows and keep operations moving efficiently.
  • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality customer support.
