Job Description

Job Overview Fairfield Insurance Group, an independent P&C agency in Lexington, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries promptly, and contribute to a welcoming office environment. This salary position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills while working in a fast-paced, supportive setting. Duties Work as part of a team to support the growth of the agency by uncovering opportunities for cross-sales, life insurance, referrals and google reviews. Drive customer satisfaction by resolving customer policy issues in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct reviews of client policies to uncover coverage gaps, savings opportunities and additional insurance needs. Proactively manage the onboard of clients to ensure all necessary documentation is submitted, discounts requiring activation are addressed and policy information is accurate. Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. The position is remote but will require in person training at our Lexington office. Requirements Property & Casualty Insurance License Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to ensure clear communication standards. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
