Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is looking to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day customer service support via phone and email Assist with order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar office-based role Experience in a manufacturing environment or with industrial parts distribution is a strong plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly High school diploma or GED required Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments Must be comfortable working onsite
