Job Description:
We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-paced contact center team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers in need of roadside assistance-providing calm, efficient, and solution-focused support when it matters most.   • South FL) What You'll Do Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers requesting roadside assistance Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer support Provide updates through outbound calls and follow-ups as needed Coordinate service by connecting customers with appropriate providers De-escalate concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively Accurately document call details in real time across multiple systems Meet or exceed key performance metrics (AHT, quality, attendance, etc.
) Escalate complex issues when necessary Maintain schedule adherence, including start times, breaks, and system availability What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service or call center experience (preferred) Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently Strong typing and documentation skills while on live calls Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused under pressure
