Property & Casualty Insurance Agency Full-Time | In Office | Competitive Pay + Growth Opportunity We are a growing independent property & casualty insurance agency looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented customer service representative/bookkeeper. This is a hybrid role combining: customer service agency operations administrative support bookkeeping/accounting assistance We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys keeping systems and processes organized. Insurance experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong organizational and administrative skills. What You'll Do Customer Service & Insurance Support Assist clients with policy changes and service requests Answer phones and respond to client emails professionally Process endorsements and policy updates Help with billing questions and payment follow-up Document client interactions accurately in agency management systems Support policy renewals and account servicing Communicate with insurance carriers regarding client accounts Operations & Bookkeeping Assist with invoicing and agency billing Process payments and maintain financial records Help reconcile carrier statements and commissions Maintain organized documentation and reporting Support internal office operations and workflow management Assist ownership with administrative and operational tasks What We're Looking For Preferred Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Property and casualty insurance experience Insurance license Experience with AMS 360 Accounting and bookkeeping experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for advancement within a growing agency Paid training and ongoing development Supportive team environment Stable long-term career opportunity Paid health insurance Matching retirement plan Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for someone who enjoys: staying organized helping clients managing office operations solving problems keeping processes running smoothly We value professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
