Customer Service Representative

As one of the most important customer interactions in the company, this fast-paced position responds promptly to inquiries and resolves customer problems in a thorough and effective manner. We are looking for a high-energy individual who is conversational, articulate, and engaging with a positive attitude.

Tasks:

Processing customer orders, applications, and payments Selling and promoting all S&T services Coordinating with technicians while maintaining open lines of communication General office duties

Desired Knowledge, Education, and Experience:

High school diploma One year of customer service 2 to 3 years of computer experience A valid Kansas driver's license with a good driving record Hard-working, self-motivated, friendly/positive personality Enjoys working with customers and coworkers Honest and dependable Bilingual, highly preferred
