About the Company We are a growing packaging company committed to delivering exceptional customer service. About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing packaging company. This hybrid position requires regular commuting to our Austell, GA office and serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, production, and operations teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, excels at problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through delivery. Coordinate with production, scheduling, logistics, and sales teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Provide customers with product information, pricing, order status updates, and shipment tracking details. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Manage order changes, expedite requests, and special customer requirements. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within ERP and CRM systems. Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential supply or delivery issues proactively. Prepare reports, quotations, and other customer-related documentation as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while identifying opportunities to enhance service and support. Qualifications 3+ years of customer service, account management, or order management experience, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or industrial environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Experience working with ERP systems is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
