The Role :

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery. Providing product information and guidance to customers. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Ideal Profile :

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Experience in customer service or related field.

Technical skills:

CRM software, Microsoft Office.
