Customer Service Representative (Portuguese-Speaking)

$24.00-$24.50 per hour Temporary through 7/21 Position Overview The Customer Service Representative will support daily order management and customer communication within a fast-paced Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, sound decision-making, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure. The ideal candidate thrives in a team setting and maintains a high level of professionalism in both written and verbal interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries using effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Support daily operations in a hybrid work environment Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Word, and Excel
• SAP experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Two to four years of business experience, preferably in customer service within a CPG company
• Order management experience preferred but not required Work Environment This hybrid role requires on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday.
