Refer a Friend Back to Search One of our growing manufacturing clients in Addison IL, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual looking to gain experience in a professional setting.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using Salesforce and SAP Maintain and update customer records with attention to detail Troubleshoot customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and effective communication Support additional administrative and customer service-related tasks as needed

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

1-2 years of customer service experience Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP (preferred, but training can be provided) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Pay +
