The Customer Service Representative will bring AT&T Fiber to our customers, tailoring their sales message to their specific daily friction without ever pulling out a spec sheet they didn't ask for. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained to introduce AT&T Fiber internet and its advantages in home connectivity. The Customer Service Representative will then help identify customer pain points and support tailored recommendations that align with AT&T Fiber offerings. As you grow, you'll contribute more to sales efforts and support the overall team's sales performance Role Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative Open dialogues with our customers about their internet habits, then naturally weave in how AT&T Fiber delivers symmetrical speeds for seamless streaming. Listen for lifestyle clues, remote work, gaming, multiple screens, and align fiber recommendations during natural, consultative sales moments.
