Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Office Admin to join our dynamic team. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to handle a variety of office tasks while providing top-tier customer service. Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage the front desk with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously while providing exceptional customer support Maintain organized filing systems, manage data entry tasks, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping Support office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating mail and deliveries Proofread documents for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism while ensuring all communications adhere to company standards Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Strong phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer service Demonstrated computer literacy with typing skills at an efficient speed; attention to detail is essential for proofreading and data entry Previous experience in office management or personal assistant roles is advantageous but not required Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining a professional demeanor Join us in delivering outstanding service while supporting our daily operations!
