In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support through multiple communication channels. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and ability to handle diverse tasks will help ensure smooth office operations and outstanding customer experiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions. Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them efficiently. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and calendar management. Support office management activities by organizing files, managing supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace. Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and assist with billing or invoicing as needed. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or customer service roles; previous dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience with office management software such as QuickBooks or similar accounting tools is preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle clerical duties like filing, proofreading, and calendar management accurately. Strong interpersonal skills combined with professionalism and a positive attitude to deliver outstanding customer service.
