• Full-time About the Role We're looking for a licensed Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to better serve customers.

While this is primarily a customer service position, the role will also involve handling inbound sales opportunities and assisting prospective clients when sales call volume exceeds agency capacity. Responsibilities Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, coverage questions, and general service requests Process endorsements, renewals, reinstatements, and other policy transactions Follow up with customers regarding documentation and underwriting requirements Maintain accurate customer records within agency systems Handle inbound sales calls and quote opportunities as assigned Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities within the existing customer base Follow up on agency leads and referrals when appropriate Support agency retention and customer satisfaction efforts Work closely with agency staff to provide an excellent customer experience Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, takes ownership of problems, and is comfortable discussing insurance coverage recommendations. This position is a blend of customer service and sales support, making it an excellent fit for someone who enjoys client interaction and wants the opportunity to earn additional income through commissions.
