Customer Service & Account Management Representative (Logistics)
Location:
Hybrid- Gardena, CA Direct Hire About the Role We are seeking a detail?oriented Customer Service & Account Management Representative with experience supporting logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and coordination with internal logistics and operations teams. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, understands order flow and logistics documentation, and is comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast?paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Enter, review, and maintain customer orders accurately in internal systems
  • Process order changes, updates, and cancellations while ensuring data accuracy
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to support order fulfillment
  • Track order status and proactively communicate delays, changes, or issues
  • Prepare and review order?related documentation (e.g., confirmations, shipping paperwork, BOLs, PODs)
  • Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and documentation
  • Support issue resolution related to orders, deliveries, or billing discrepancies
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent follow?up and communication Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or administrative support
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehousing, or distribution preferred
  • Strong order entry and data accuracy skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM or ERP experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross?

Compensation:
$26 to $30 per hour Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
