Customer Service/Sales Representative

Overview Due to a high consumer demand, FamilyAir, LLC is expanding and looking to hire motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Sales Representative. Immediate openings in our Mattawan office, become the vital link between our company and our valued clients! We specialized in advanced American made air purification systems that dramatically improve indoor air quality helping those with asthma and allergies. In this energetic role, you will engage with customers through various channels, providing exceptional support while actively promoting our products and services. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, will help us deliver memorable experiences that foster loyalty and drive sales. Our team works in a fun upbeat, professional environment assisting customers, setting appointments, and demonstrating how our technology outperforms the competition. No experience is required - we provide full company training with fast advancement opportuinities. Responsibilities Assist customers by phone and in person Schedule and manage appointments. Set up and present product display. Show how our systems compare to our competitors. Support events, flyers, contest, and community outreach. Track basic inventory and service requests. Qualifications Positive Attitude and strong work ethic Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities. Comfortable speaking with people. Coachable and goal driven Demonstrated computer skills including familiarity with social media applications and data entry tasks. Interest in long-term growth and leadership opportunities Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide effective solutions in a professional manner. Customer service, sales, or presentation experience is a plus but not required.
