Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional support to our valued customers. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and live chat platforms. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them appropriately. Utilize computer skills to update customer records, process data entry tasks, and maintain accurate filing systems. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading. Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Use software tools like QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and financial record keeping when necessary. Provide bilingual support to accommodate a diverse customer base and enhance communication effectiveness. Qualifications Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or customer service roles with a focus on clerical tasks. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Office experience, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems are preferred. Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
